Some Things to Do and See in Brisbane Australia
#1 – Southbank Parklands.
On the previous Expo 88 website, the Southbank Parklands are located in the city’s centre on the Brisbane River.
It has been transformed into beautiful parklands where you can relax by the public pool while watching boats pass by on the Brisbane River.
If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to view the spectacular ” Riverfire ” fireworks show, as well as the incredible dump and melt by the F111 fighter jets over Brisbane.
The sky catches ablaze. Several of Brisbane’s best dining facilities and restaurants border the parks, so check them out.

#2 – Story Bridge Climb.
The most physically rewarding difficulty you can complete during your visit.
Bull sharks and river dolphins will almost probably be seen in the morning cruising the river.

It is strategically situated between the Queens Road Shopping Center and the Southbank Parklands.
Try your luck, but make sure you bet responsibly.
Make sure to check out the Queen Victoria sculpture in the surrounding park.

#4 – Queen Street Mall.
You’ll find everything from K-Mart to Tiffany & Co. in this haven for serious shoppers.
There are no restrictions on what you can buy or how much you may spend.
The Queen Street Mall is a shopping centre where you can spend days if you are a shopaholic.
There are many excellent dining venues to choose from, as well as several ATMs where you can always receive better deals on cash.
#5 – Performing Arts Centre.
The cultural heart of Brisbane is a world-class venue that hosts many major Broadway plays such as Mamma Mia, Cats, and Chicago.
You will appreciate the programs and be completely absorbed by the amazing visual and musical sensations.
It’s in the Southbank Parklands district, right on the Brisbane River. It’s worth a look.
#6 – Queensland Museum.
Massive Humpback Whales hung from the ceiling will undoubtedly greet you as you enter.
Don’t worry, they’ll come down hard on you.
Many species of Australian flora and fauna, as well as historical items from Australia and around the world, may be found in the museum.
Simply take your time and enjoy the event.
This is an excellent choice for families and is conveniently located in the Southbank Parklands district.

Everyone like the Sciencentre because it is entirely interactive.
It is both educational and entertaining for both the mother and the father.
You may spend hours playing with the experiments, and the kids will have a blast.
Include it in your itinerary because it is close to the Queensland Museum and Queensland Art Gallery.
#9 – Suncorp Stadium.
The Brisbane Broncos of the National Rugby Organization call this city home.
It’s a fantastic facility that’s easily accessible by public transit and within walking distance if you’re staying in Brisbane’s CBD.
It is possibly Australia’s premier arena for showcasing events and performances. Robbie Williams and Andre Rieu are two recent entertainers.
If you want the best experience possible, you should go to the Rugby League event “State of Beginning.”
The largest regional athletic event of the year takes place at Suncorp Arena, where two state Rugby Organization teams, one from Queensland and the other from New South Wales.

Take the train from Brisbane to the Gold Coast’s Surfers Heaven.

It is also home to Q1, Australia’s tallest building, which stands at 320 meters.
If you’re feeling adventurous, take a ride to the top of Q1, enjoy a meal, get your portrait taken hanging off the edge of Q1, and watch a movie at Australia’s best cinema on the 80th floor.
The 360-degree seeing deck is mind-boggling. You can get a good sight of the passing helicopters.
The shopping on the Gold Coast is excellent, and there is a multitude of excellent holiday accommodation and home entertainment available.
