The Mall and Horse Guards Parade are part of St James’s Park, which is encircled by Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, and Whitehall.
The park’s iconic flower beds in front of Buckingham Palace serve as a backdrop for pageants such as Trooping the Colour, state visits, and other ceremonial events.
